The Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center on International Drive provides group, semi-private, and private swim lessons for people of all ages and abilities.<\/p>\n

Group, Semi-Private, and Private Lessons<\/h2>\n

Whether you are new to swimming or are looking to advance your swim techniques, learn to swim with us!<\/p>\n

We teach water safety skills and improve stroke techniques, which develop skills that prevent chronic disease, increase cognitive well-being, and foster a lifetime of physical activity. Swim lessons at the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center can accommodate parents with their children, children from preschool (3 to 5 years old) to school age (6 to 12 years old), teens (13+), and adults of all abilities.<\/p>\n

Skills taught in our classes include body positions, floating, blowing bubbles, fundamental safety skills, independent movement using swim-float-swim methods, distance swimming using front and back crawls, breaststroke, and butterfly. Advanced classes include methods for improving swimming techniques such as racing dives and flip turns.<\/p>\n
