Primary Care
Minor Surgical Procedures
The Rosen medical team provides minor suturing of lacerations, punch biopsies, and other minor surgical procedures.
Nurse Case Management & In-Patient Hospital Care
Our in-patient management program reduces your average length of stay. The case manager is responsible for monitoring patient progression, communicating with the patient about service and needs, coordinating discharge, and coordinating transition to step-down care. Step-down care includes transitioning the patient to home care, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care facilities, or hospice as deemed appropriate.
Nurse Office Visits
Appointments with our nurses allow for easy access to blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, pillbox management, disease management, education programs, medication review, and wellness management.
Pregnancy Care Management
The Rosen Medical Center pregnancy care management team provides comprehensive care for the prevention of premature complications, low birthweights, infant mortality, and complications for the mother. A nurse case manager is assigned to work with the expectant mother from the start of her pregnancy through the baby’s delivery. Our expectant mothers receive free prenatal vitamins, free breast pumps, educational programs, and access to alternative sites for delivery such as a birthing center and home deliveries.
Triage Program
Each patient receives access to a facility or team appropriate for his or her needs. Our triage team assesses the patient either on the phone or on a walk-in basis to determine if the facility can provide the immediate appropriate care or if another service, such as an urgent care facility, emergency room, or 911, is needed.
Lab Services
Our facility provides on-site lab services such as tests for diabetics, clotting diseases, renal disease, strep throat, and flu, among others, along with a system to provide more advanced lab services through a reference lab. New patients receive a comprehensive physical lab test to develop a baseline. The comprehensive test screens for diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, cholesterol problems, syphilis, HIV, and hepatitis.
Basic X-rays
Basic digital x-ray services allow for immediate diagnostic services that our providers use to treat patients with orthopedic issues.
Pharmacy / In-House Medications (30- and 90-day Supplies)
The Rosen Medical Center provides an on-site pharmacy to dispense in-house medications which optimizes compliance, increases the probability of patients taking medications, reduces the patient’s travel to other pharmacies, eliminates administrative costs from its pharmacy benefit manager, eliminates dispensing costs from the retail pharmacy distributor, and enhances the service provided to its patients.
Physical Therapy*
Physical therapy services are provided through CORA Physical Therapy. Licensed clinicians provide treatments focused on rehabilitation. Each clinician is passionate about your personal care. Specialized services include industrial and sports rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic, workers’ compensation treatment, and much more.
Mammograms*
Mammography services are provided through mobile mammography and other free-standing locations. Services include a 3D mammogram which offers images and angles that improve visibility and allows for early breast cancer detection. The mobile mammogram experience is like a conventional mammogram, yet women will receive much more superior screening. The process takes approximately 20 minutes. With proper imaging, cancer can be detected at its earliest stage. Early detection is key in the fight against breast cancer.
Upper Cervical Chiropractor
Chiropractic care is provided by a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic medicine. Our chiropractic physician provides upper cervical care focused on identifying the cause of pain and disease due to nervous system dysfunction.
Podiatry*
Podiatry services include general podiatry, wound care and surgery. Our Doctor of Podiatry provides care related to all aspects of the foot and ankle.
Dermatology*
Mobile dermatological services are provided by referral to in-network Dermatology providers. In addition, Rosen Medical Center also provides mobile dermatology. OnSpot Dermatology provides full-service dermatology care and treatment to associates onsite at Rosen Medical Center. With our mobile dermatology solution, no referral is needed for screenings, and all aspects of dermatological care can be managed on site.
Optometry*
Our onsite mobile vision clinic offers eye care delivered when and where you need it. Associates are provided with full comprehensive eye exams, updated prescriptions, and a selection of about 350 pairs of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses all on-site. There’s no need to take time off from work to get your eyes checked. Our third-party vendor, 20/20 Onsite works with your Rosen Hotels & Resorts vision insurance plan. insurance plan.
On Site Mental Health Counseling*
Reduce stress, reach your personal goals, and resolve difficult issues with help from therapists. Each therapist will design an approach that works best with your needs and concerns. Therapy for grief, sadness, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, and for any type of struggle in any area of life. Services are provided by NextStep Counseling.

APEX Health provides over-the-phone assessments, guidance, and direction for our patient population. The morning after the over-the-phone assessment, our medical team reviews the report and follows up with the patient as needed.
